Good but could be enhanced

Sometime happens that the App keep on saying "synchronizing...dont close the App" for hours and hours, and even if you close it the message is always the same.

Other little but precious enhancement: please can you let me setup the font size for the category list? I mean in particular "opportunity" and "operation" where I write long text. With actual font size I cant read text until the end of line.
