Come on SF! This app is so jumpy and buggy and cant even enter a simple time card.

This app offers zero usefulness as it crashes 100% of the time within 30 seconds of use. Id pay $5 an app or more for something that actually works. Whats the deal? Everyone is mobile? I heard Marc Beneoff said this week he doesnt even travel with a notebook computer anymore - clearly he has not used his own tool here.

Painfully slow and just bad.

You want to wait endlessly for this app to sync? You want to think that it synced correctly when really there were changes and it hasnt updated? Then this app is for you. Shame

It is only good to see some custom report...

I cant do anything I want to do. Never works for me. Getting rid of it!!

Youd think salesforce would be all over this. Horrible useless app and not even ready for iPhone 5.

Hasnt synched successfully for months meaning its missing most all of the info I need. Seems strange a cloud based company cant get its cloud based info onto a wifi capable device. Dont bother.

Good for simple stuff. Not good for the OUTSIDE SALE REPs

Very frustrating. Lots of crashes with iPhone 5 and little interest to fix the issues. Good idea. Poor execution.

Im always on the road and would love access to my Salesforce data but this app is buggy. :(

Crashes constantly. Cant even access basic info. Youd think this database company could at least develop a basic iPhone app, but apparently not. When it was working, before last update, it wasnt able to give any transactions info, current or past, like amount, transaction participants like Realtors, escrow officers, etc. in addition cannot access any campaign info or makes changes. Basically just contacts & phone #s. Dont bother with this worthless app.

I HATED this app before and now I love it. Not sure what changed but it works how I need it to. Thanks SF.

We have to use this for work. All it does is crash and take forever to sync. I have deleted and reinstalled this app at least 3 times per month. I wouldnt bother.

Come on Salesforce, your making billions, you can make a better ap than this.

Cant load on iphone, ap appears but wont load, just flashes on screen a goes away.

for all of benioffs mobile talk, i question whether he has actually tried to use this app.

It doesnt allow to send emails for work-order also cannot view the email listing for the work order. Web version is much better than this app. Use the Safari if you can. No point in using this app. Worst app.

I got sold this system for my small company. This app is useless and Im tired of the "do it yourself support" with all Salesforce products. Dont have a 100k IT guy to figure out! Just wasted $25k
