There are lots better alternatives to this app now, like SF Touch or the Rocketsales app. Dont waste time with this one.

Was very excited for this app. Only to be let down. Its so choppy and freezes constantly. It deserves 0 stars.

The app fails to synchronize, download calendar, log calls, etc. -- Id give zero stars if I could.

This app crashes within a few minutes of starting it. Even with upgrades, the changes have not been able to get the app working. This needs to be a huge focus for the folks at Salesforce.

Wow, this app just never works. I installed like 5 times, but after crash after crash i gave up. Good thing I found new app Rocketsales - works same as this syncing your records but it actually works - yay!

App is easy to use when it works. Constantly freezes. Best the support guys can say/do is to delete the app and reinstall it every time. PLeAsE FIX THE ASAP!

I used to be able to do this, but cant now. I get a 10 digit number error even though Im using 10 digits (domestic #)

I am forced by our corporate office to use sales force after years of running a successful business using simple outlook. Both the app and the program are enormous drains of my time. Less is definitely more! Get with it sales force!! Im spending more time on your minutiae than actually working on my SALES. Hate it.

Ever since the latest update, it is constantly "syncing" but it never does... only if i create a new event will it actually sync. also, every time i create a new event, it removes the save button... so i have to close the app, then re-open it and then it allows me to save it... very frustrating.

I cannot comprehend how a web based software can be translated to iOS so terribly. Everything just barely works if at all. Cases have no case comments. It takes 5 minutes longer to find anything and do anything than it would to just do on the iPhone browser. Fix your crap salesforce.

Where are the case comments, time entry, email and attachment fields? Without AT LEAST these features, this app is of no use.

Takes too long to sync so when using mobile version you cannot get up to date details; cannot believe this app is as useless as it is.

Surprised they built an app dependent on long sync process, especially with all the marketing of the cloud and no software. I just use safari on my iPhone, and theres no syncing.

Great for entries and info on the go. No need pull out the laptop when entering tasks and updating. Need one just like it for the iPad or at least the option to use on both devices at the same time.

For a so-called cutting edge solution to have a totally disastrous app amazes me. Works maybe one of ten times I try and being on the road a lot kills me.

I really wanted this app to work well. Ive loaded it 4 times over the past year or so. It is not worth the time or effort to load it on your devise. It never syncs and if it does the information on it is wrong. I now simply go on safari and bring up Salesforce to get the info I need. Very disappointing. Dont waste your time. I will now delete it for the 4th and final time.

I used to run this on my iPhone 3 for 2 years without problems Since the last upgrade it crashes after 1 minute and I dont know where to get help. Salesforce please get this fixed!

Very disappointing.

Not well designed. Hard to find certain info, particularly details of logged calls or emails with contacts.

Latest update crashes app right after EULA acceptance.
